On 25 May in Brest was signed an agreement on cooperation between football clubs Dynamo Brest and Jagiellonia Bialystok.
The agreement between the clubs presupposes share experience on main team and academy, organization of different events, football promotion in Belarus and Poland, and holding of friendly games.
The President of Jagiellonia Cezary Kulesza and Adacemy’s Director Slawomir Kopczewski signed the agreement on behalf of the Polish party.
Jagiellonia were founded in 1920. The team plays in Ekstraklasa – highest tier of Polish football. In 2010 Jagiellonia won the Cup and Super Cup of Poland, in 2017 and 2018 finished second in the championship. The club plays home matches at Bialystok city stadium, which capacity is 22386.
Previously, on 9 July 2016 Dynamo Brest played a friendly against Jagiellonia, which ended in a narrow win for the Polish side 1:0.
