FC Dynamo Brest’s midfielder Nikita Bukatkin speaks on the away defeat from Isloch 3:1.
– It’s not the result we wanted to come home with. Congratulations to the opponent with the victory. I think, if we realized all our chances, the result would have been another. From the other side, it’s useless to think about it after the final whistle. It’s obvious, Isloch needed the win more and deserved the victory. You know, that their team didn’t get any points before our game.
In some moments we tried to bring the ball in the empty net instead of making long shots. Perhaps, we needed to play more simply, but there’s nothing to be changed. As a result, we didn’t score enough and earned zero points. It seems, the opponent scored the goals which they failed to score in previous games.
We realized, that Isloch would be angry due to their winless run. But we needed the points as well. We won over Slavia and needed to continue our run here, in Minsk. We didn’t see Isloch as the last team in the table. It’s a bitter defeat, but we have to take it, make some conclusions and move on. There is a game against Slutsk in a couple of days.
The task for us for the next games is to improve our League position. We sit in the second half of the table, and there are many rounds have passed. It’s no good at all.
