Brazilian Dynamo Brest forward draws conclusion after the five-days trip across Europe, which contained games against Union Berlin and Lech Poznan.
- There were two difficult games. They were of high importance, as it’s a wonderful opportunity for us to see the direction we are moving in. As for the match against Lech, I am happy. I made an assist in the moment with Milevskiy’s goal and everyone on the pitch did utmost to show best play. I have given 100% of efforts, although, I feel I can do better. I don’t score so often as I did in Gomel, but working hard during trainings and hope for the better.
It’s very important to score for strikers. I guess, supporters are waiting goals from me and I try to improve my performance. We’ve spoken with Milevskiy before the match with Lech, that we should play more often together to build cohesion. It’s really comfortable to play alongside him, as he’s a very intelligent footballer. Perhaps, we need to talk more during fixtures. Although, the game in Poznan turned out to be a good one and I have positive impressions from it. I presume, we’ll play even better in the next game. This is of key importance.
We’ve competed against strong sides. You might noticed their passing, quickness, one-touch style. There are few Belarusian teams playing like them. Union have been acting more aggressively, using pressure. Lech have been waiting for a counter. This is good, as we can have analysis of it. We’ve played better against Lech after the break, we stopped hustling and waited for the moments and eventually got them. Generally, the fixtures were good, having prepared us to the forthcoming games.
