Dynamo Brest’s forward Kirill Kirilenko summarizes the result of friendly game against Vikingur, which ended with 0:4 victory. Kirill himself appeared as a substitute during the break and scored twice.
It may seem that the half was ideal for you, looking at the scoreboard. How would you rate your performance?
I was fairly good. To be honest, I’m not used to self-assessments in such situations. Coach’s words are the most important. Generally, everything was fine for the team as well as for me.
It seemed that you’ve received the ball poorly in the episode with the first goal, but managed to break through and score.
To be true, when I received the ball, I though that I would hardly score. But I managed to outplay the goalie and shoot. The ball flew between defender’s legs into the net.
The second goal was easier - you’ve closed the drilling cross from Savitsky. How would you assess his assist?
Pavel Savitsky is a quality player. Sometimes it may seem that in such moments its harder to miss than to score. The ball arrived right into my foot. Genuine assist.
You’ve scored your first goals for Dynamo Brest on the camps. How would you rate the pre-season preparation? Have you done everything you’d been planning?
First, the pre-season preparation is going on. We are moving further towards our goal, preparing to the first official game. The two Turkish camps are very industrious.
